While our prime weekends are typically reserved for weddings, we happily host workshops and retreats during shoulder seasons and mid-week dates — and occasionally during peak season, if availability allows.

Whether you're planning a photography workshop, styled shoot, yoga retreat, wellness gathering, or professional mastermind, our estate provides a peaceful, inspiring backdrop designed to foster creativity and connection.

Pricing & Inclusions

Day Use – 8 Hours
Pricing is based on guest count and space needs:

• Up to 15 Guests: Starting at $2,500

• 16–40 Guests: Starting at $3,500

• 40–75 Guests: Custom proposal starting at $5,500

Included with your rental:

• Access to The 1854 House, barns, and grounds (based on event size)

• Use of select Prop Closet items for styled shoots (returned in original condition)

• Basic site setup and breakdown

• On-site staff support

Additional hours beyond 8 hours: $300/hour
$1,000 non-refundable deposit required to secure your date
Event insurance required
