01. payment methods

CHECK (preferred) — (made payable to our sister company, The Local Branch Mercantile, and mailed to The Kester Homestead at 5606 Kester Rd. Memphis NY 13112)
VENMO — @TheKesterHomestead
CASH — must be arranged in advance and delivered in person. A receipt will be provided.
CREDIT CARD — there will be a 3.4% processing fee for credit card transactions. If you wish to pay via credit card, you can submit that HERE

02. early bird discounts

We would like to pass along an early bird discount to any of our couple’s who wish to make your payment in full. To qualify your payment should be received on or before January 31st of your wedding year.

OPTION #1 - WEDDING VENUE PACKAGES:

To secure your date, a $1,000 deposit is required to secure your date
Your first payment equaling half the Venue Fee is due six months from your Wedding Date (the “Six Month Payment”)
Your second payment equaling the remaining half due of the Venue Fee is due two months from your Wedding Date (the “Two Month Payment”)
Any “Additional Services” from our Coordination Packages, Floral Services or additional night(s) stay at The 1854 House may be paid with the Six-Month or Two-Month payment, but must be paid in full 1 month prior to your Wedding Date

OPTION #2 - ADDITIONAL SERVICES & OFFERINGS:

To secure any of your Additional Services, please email to confirm we can accommodate your wishes
Any “Additional Services” from our Coordination Packages, Floral Services or additional night(s) stay at The 1854 House may be paid with the Six-Month or Two-Month payment, but must be paid in full 1 month prior to your Wedding Date
