  • Every couple needs a “right hand” person for their wedding day — the one who just gets it and knows exactly how you want things to flow. The Right Hand makes sure everything runs smoothly.

    Our Right Hand Coordinator will provide the following …

    • On-site Planning Meeting 4-6 weeks prior to wedding date

    • Coordination with vendors 2-4 weeks prior to event to confirm timeline, headcount and arrival times

    • Creation of detailed event timeline

    • Creation of quick reference itineraries for couple and wedding party

    • Hand Off Meeting (upon arrival) to review final decor items for set-up/styling

    • Run on-site rehearsal

    • Handle rain plan (if needed)

    • Arrival at 9 am to greet vendors, check-in with the wedding party 1 hr prior to ceremony, cue the on-site ceremony, dinner/dances/speeches and any other agreed upon day of responsibilities.

    Please note, this is not a planning service, but your Right Hand Coordinator will make sure everything you planned happens as you planned it to (to the best of our ability!)

  • The Homestead Styling Team is here to help you execute all the details you have planned and bring your vision to life.

    Our Homestead Styling Team will provide the following …

    • A Planning Meeting 4-6 weeks prior to wedding date with our Event Coordinator

    • Hand Off Meeting (upon arrival) to review final decor items for set-up/styling

    • Staging of in-house props and 2 personal boxes of decor (if more set-up is required, book us for Homestead Deluxe Coordination)

    • Event set-up & breakdown of decor for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

    • Packing up of personal decor items

    • Additional fee if outside rentals need to be staged (example: lounge sets)

    Please note, this is not a planning service, but your team for the day to execute all of your planned details.

  • Book our Homestead Deluxe Coordination Package if you imagine all of those beautiful, perfect details effortlessly coming to life on your wedding day.

    This option is for the couple who is packing more than 2 bins of items or decor that need to be placed. Perhaps you have special details like sprigs of lavender tied to guest’s napkins, rental lounges & rugs that need to be set up, set-up assistance with dessert, charcuterie or late night snack tables, photo booth installations, favor stations, signage to hang, and so much more!

    Our Homestead Coordinator will provide the following …

    • Planning meeting 4-6 weeks prior to wedding date to discuss high level details

    • Reach out to vendors 2-4 weeks prior

    • Right Hand Package

    • Creation of final floor plans

    • Finalize and share relevant itinerary with you and vendors

    • Hand Off Meeting (upon arrival) to review final decor items for set-up/styling

    • Staging of in-house props and execution of all personal decor

    • Oversee rental delivery, set-up and pick-up

    • Breakdown of decor for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

    • Packing up of personal decor items
