Our in-house floral design is thoughtfully curated to complement the natural beauty of The Kester Homestead. With forests, planted gardens, and wild seasonal blooms surrounding the property, our arrangements are designed to feel organic, abundant, and deeply personal to your celebration.

End-of-evening breakdown and cleanup

The All-Inclusive Floral Package

$3,000 – $10,000+

Designed for couples who want their entire floral vision brought to life.

Includes:

Planning consultation
Custom floral design plan
Personal flowers (bouquets, bouts, corsages)
Ceremony installation (corner or full arbor)
Reception table arrangements
Styling for welcome, bar, and dessert tables
Strategic repurposing of florals throughout the day
Full setup and cleanup

À La Carte Floral Package

Starting at $1,250 (minimum order required)

Perfect for couples who need select pieces or wish to mix DIY elements with professional design.

Planning consultation

Full installation and styling

Ideal for couples who may want to create their own bouquet but prefer our team to design centerpieces or ceremony florals.

Reception & Styling

Large Silver Compote: $350 (ideal for large feature tables and statement areas, like dessert tables, Wild Garden Bar, Floor Aisles)
Table Meadows: $250 (rambling low centerpieces, 1 per table for a beautiful wide feature table centerpiece, 2 per table for a more full look that fills the table, beautiful to place at Aisle or Welcome Signage)
Medium Compote Centerpiece (Gold and Silver): $150 each (ideal for welcome table, dessert
Bud Vases: $15-$20 each (60 total allows for high tops, scattered tables, and filling in as needed)

Our Floral Process

We know you have a lot to coordinate, so we keep this simple.

Let your Event Coordinator know you’d like to book florals
Complete our Floral Form and share your Pinterest or vision board
Event Coordinator will review floral details at your First Pass Call and Planning Meeting to ensure all details are covered, your questions are answered and a vision is established
Final floral payment is due with your final venue payment to ensure proper ordering and staffing. Adjustments may be made up to one week prior to your wedding date.

Mackenzie and her team work best when you pull floral inspiration from The Kester Homestead Gallery or Pinterest — the team works their creative magic to bring your vision to life in a beautiful cohesive way.

On your wedding day:

Bouquets and boutonnieres are delivered to the house prior to your First Look.
Ceremony and reception spaces are fully staged and styled.
We handle breakdown at the end of the evening.
Flowers can be saved for you, donated, composted, or transformed into a guest Flower Bar.

All vessels, mechanics, and supplies are included in your investment.
