Would you like to host your next yoga, wellness, styling, foodie or photography retreat or workshop here at The Homestead? We’d love to have you. We have a few options for you to choose from:

OPTION 1:

BARNS & GROUNDS DAY RATE — $1,000 (limited weekend availability or Monday-Thursday)

8 hours on the property (The 1854 House is not available for this option. ** Add on the house for an additional $1,000 **

Use of Gambrel Barn, Fieldstone Barn, Wild Garden & Woodlands

DIY Set-up & Clean up - with use of tables, chairs & Prop Closet offerings (to be returned in good, clean condition and properly put away)

Prep Kitchen available with refrigerator, stainless steel counters, 3-bay sink and hand wash sink (no cooking allowed inside the building per fire code) — you may bring in catering, have your caterers cook on-site in their own tent/set-up removed from the barn, or prepare meals yourself to bring in day of)

Five restrooms inside Gambrel Barn - two are ADA accessible and one has a shower (ideal if you are offering spa treatments or other outdoor recreation)

Additional hours may be added at $150/hr

This option at this price point is only available November - early May weekends, or on the weekdays during the peak season.

OPTION 2:

WEEKEND FULL PROPERTY RENTAL — $3,800 (during off-season or weekdays only) / $4,800 (during peak season)

Two overnight stays at The 1854 House — 7 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus use of Airstream (full bed), and camping spots (tent camping) with 5 additional restrooms and 1 shower in the barn (barn open May-Oct).

If you are a business, please include The Kester Homestead LLC as an additional insured for the duration of your event - if you do not have insurance, please secure event insurance (roughly $150).

Check in is typically 3pm and check-out is noon (but we can be flexible depending on the nature of your gathering).
